Bridge House for Women is safe and supportive transitional housing for homeless adult women. Social services are provided to help each woman achieve self-sufficiency and independence through life skills training, budgeting and money management along with job readiness training.
Personal goals are established when each woman enters Bridge House and training is provided to help each woman achieve her goals according to her own time-frame. Homeless women are often victims of abuse or addictive substances, so Bridge House for Women requires that all residents be substance free upon acceptance to the program.
Methodist Family Services of Philadelphia (MFSP) receives referrals for Bridge House for Women program through a number of agencies and other non-profit organizations. MFSP does not discriminate based on a prospective resident’s race, religion, ethnicity, economic status or gender orientation. For further information please contact Ms.
