Position:                        Family Support Specialist

Department:                 Residential (Quads program)

Status
:                           Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Primary Function:       To assess the service needs of Quads residents, ensure the timely provision of needed services and compliance with program expectations and housing regulations.

Immediate Supervisor: Director of Residential Services

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:                   Bachelor’s degree

Experience:                  A qualified candidate will have one to three years of case management experience in a human services setting and experience working with adults and children within a special needs population.  Work history that includes experience in the areas of substance abuse, child abuse and mental health is desired.  Demonstrated competence in Microsoft office and data software needed.
